Ready-made management presentations at the push of a button!
With biExport for SAP Design Studio you can easily export charts, tables and other elements of your analysis application to Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple's Keynote.
With just one click you get a 1:1 copy of the visualizations in a presentation: all styles and chart definitions are preserved. You get editable vector graphics or high-resolution images with a quality up to five times higher than using common screenshot tools!
biExport uses Export Templates to create presentations in your corporate design and layout. These templates are files in any presentation format such as PPT, PPTX, PPTM, PPSX or POTX. They contain the usual presentation elements as well as Placeholders for the elements you want to export.
You can even create complex presentations from different sources and views using the Briefing Books publishing feature.
Prepare presentations for PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
With biExport you can create a Master Export Template for your PowerPoint and Keynote exports. It is a presentation based on your corporate presentation master. This Master Export Template can be used with any dashboard and application. The dashboard developer and/or end user can select which elements to export.
When the export is started, a new slide is created for each selected dashboard item and the presentation is returned to the user. The user can then open PowerPoint or Keynote to enhance the slides as well as add comments or additional slides.
Create recurring presentation-ready exports
Many presentations are given not just once, but on a regular basis with a changing periodic view of data. Examples include presentations for board meetings, monthly reviews, vendor or sales presentations.
biExport supports you in these scenarios by allowing you to create a specific Export Template for this requirement. Instead of having to "copy & paste" the presentation over and over again, you simply press a button in the dashboard to show a presentation-ready export with the latest data!
Unlike the generic approach, a presentation is created specifically for the presentation request. The presentation already contains all agenda items as well as text and titles. Placeholders mark the places where data visualizations from the dashboards should be added. It is even possible to add multiple placeholders on one page, for example, to display periodic and cumulative figures on one slide.
It's entirely up to you whether you want to export individual items per slide, an entire page, or a panel with multiple items. You can even instruct biExport to transform dashboard charts into Office charts! Tables can also be translated into editable tables and, if necessary, spread across multiple slides!
